Refund policy

At VYB THEORY, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Since many of our pieces are made-to-order or limited runs, we encourage customers to review product details and sizing carefully before placing an order.

RETURNS

Returns are applicable only if the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To be eligible for a return:

• You must raise a return request within 48 hours of receiving the order.
• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• You must provide unboxing video or photographic evidence for damaged/incorrect products.

If your return is approved, a ₹150 deduction will be applied to your refund amount to cover return pick-up and handling charges.

Please note: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

REFUNDS

Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

• You received a damaged or defective product
• You received an incorrect product
• The product you ordered is unavailable or cancelled by us

Refunds (if approved):

• Will be processed to your original payment method
• May take 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank/payment provider

Refunds are not applicable on:

• Size-related issues (as sizing is clearly mentioned)
• Products purchased during sales or using discount codes
• Pre-order or made-to-order items

EXCHANGES

We currently do not offer exchanges due to the limited-run nature of our collections. In case of sizing questions, please contact us at salesvybtheory@gmail.com before placing your order.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After that, cancellations are not accepted as we begin processing immediately.
