2. PRODUCT INFORMATION

  • We strive to display product colors and details as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will reflect the exact color.
  • All product descriptions and prices are subject to change without notice.
  • We reserve the right to discontinue or limit the quantity of any product at any time.

3. PRICING & PAYMENTS

  • All prices are listed in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
  • We accept online payments via secure payment gateways such as Razorpay, credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking.
  • In case of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel orders and issue a full refund.

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • We ship across India. Delivery timelines are typically 8–15 business days from the date of order confirmation.
  • Shipping delays due to unforeseen circumstances (natural calamities, courier delays, etc.) are not under our control.
  • Shipping charges may be applicable based on your location and order value.

5. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, and must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, in original condition, with tags intact.

6. CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Beyond that, cancellations will not be accepted as we begin processing immediately.
  • In case of a cancellation, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.

  • Your submission of personal information through the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • All content on the Site—including product images, designs, logos, graphics, and text—is the property of VYB THEORY and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

9. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

  • We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at our discretion. Any changes will be effective upon posting to the Site.

11. PRE-ORDER & MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS – DISCLAIMER

Certain products on www.vybtheory.com may be offered on a pre-order or made-to-order basis. By purchasing such items, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Pre-order items are produced upon order confirmation and may require 2–4 weeks (or as specified on the product page) for delivery.
  • Made-to-order products are custom-crafted and may have unique lead times, depending on the design and materials used.
  • Pre-order/made-to-order purchases are non-refundable and non-cancellable once production begins.
  • Shipping timelines are estimates and may be extended due to production complexities or material availability.
  • We appreciate your patience—these pieces are made with intention, and we promise they’ll be worth the wait.
