Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with VYB THEORY. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Shipping Timeline:

·         Orders are processed and dispatched within 8–15 business days from the date of order confirmation.

·         For made-to-order and pre-order items, additional time may be required. Timelines will be mentioned on the product page.

·         Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Areas:

·         We ship across all serviceable pin codes in India.

·         For international orders, please contact us at salesvybtheory@gmail.com before placing your order.

Shipping Charges:

·         Express Shipping may be available. Please contact us at salesvybtheory@gmail.com prior to placing your order to confirm availability and pricing.

Order Tracking:

·         Once dispatched, a tracking link will be shared via email or SMS so you can follow your order status in real time.

Delays & Exceptions:

·         If the shipping address provided by the customer is incorrect and results in a failed delivery, the order will be considered completed and no refund will be issued.

·         The company will make one additional delivery attempt after reconfirming the correct address with the customer. The customer will be required to cover re-shipping costs before the second delivery attempt is made.

·         Delivery may be delayed due to:

o    Strikes, natural disasters, or courier disruptions

o    Remote or restricted delivery zones

o    Custom or made-to-order production timelines
